Details of the Job/Internship

Our Law Chambers is hiring an Associate with 0–2 years PQE for litigation work in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file petitions, applications, rejoinders, counter affidavits, and written submissions.
• Conduct legal research using platforms like SCC Online and Indian Kanoon.
• Appear in courts, including Supreme Court, High Court, and other Delhi forums.
• Prepare case briefs, draft complex legal arguments, and assist in independent case management.
• Maintain discipline and adhere to strict deadlines while managing multiple matters.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university with a strong academic record.
• Proficiency in English with strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of constitutional, administrative, and procedural laws.
• Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and PDF editing software.
• Prior experience handling SLPs, Writ Petitions, and court submissions preferred.

Salary/Stipend
