Patil & Singh LLP is hiring an Associate for their Bengaluru office. The role involves working on a range of matters, providing legal support through research, drafting, client interactions, and court appearances.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research to build strong, well-supported cases.
• Draft precise and persuasive pleadings, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and build trust.
• Attend court proceedings, assist during hearings, and coordinate filings with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with senior advocates and learn through hands-on casework.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university in India.
• Practical knowledge of court procedures and filing processes.
• Prior experience in court practice preferred.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Salary/Stipend
