Details of the Job/Internship

Pentacles Legal Partners LLP is hiring an Associate to join their office in Pune. The role involves assisting in legal research, drafting contracts, preparing legal documents, attending client meetings, handling case management, representing clients in legal proceedings, and providing advisory services across corporate, real estate, and personal law matters. The position also includes ensuring client compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks and facilitating communication with stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and analysis.
• Draft contracts and prepare legal documents.
• Attend client meetings and manage cases.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Provide advisory services across corporate, real estate, and personal law matters.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and contract drafting.
• Proficiency in Real Estate Law, including property registration, conveyance, sale deeds, title search, and legal opinions.
• Experience in Personal and Civil Law, including family law, legal heirship, and trust-related matters.
• Strong legal research, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal documentation, case preparation, and representation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal training is preferred.
