Details of the Job/Internship
Pentacles Legal Partners LLP is hiring an Associate for a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Pune. The position involves providing legal support across corporate and commercial, real estate, and personal and civil law matters, including client counselling, drafting, due diligence, compliance, and dispute resolution support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support in corporate and commercial, real estate, and personal and civil law matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft contracts, agreements, legal memoranda, and opinions.
- Carry out due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in litigation or dispute resolution matters.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain professional client service standards.
Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, including mergers and acquisitions, FEMA and SEBI compliance, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Real Estate Law, including title search, property registration, and preparation of conveyance and sale deeds.
- Familiarity with Personal and Civil Law, including family law and succession matters.
- Strong legal research, drafting, communication, and client management skills.
- Prior experience in a legal or law firm setting is advantageous.
