Details of the Job/Internship

Pentacles Legal Partners LLP is hiring an Associate for a full-time on-site role in Pune. The Associate will assist in legal research, draft contracts, and prepare legal documents. The role involves attending client meetings, handling case management, representing clients in legal proceedings, and providing advisory services across corporate, real estate, and personal law matters. It also includes ensuring client compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting contracts and preparing legal documents.
• Attending client meetings.
• Managing cases and representing clients in legal proceedings.
• Providing advisory services across corporate, real estate, and personal law matters.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and contract drafting.
• Proficiency in Real Estate Law, including property registration, conveyance, sale deeds, title searches, and legal opinions.
• Experience in Personal and Civil Law, including family law, legal heirship, and trust-related issues.
• Excellent legal research, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal documentation, case preparation, and representation in legal proceedings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); relevant certifications or specializations are an advantage.
• Prior experience in legal practice or law firm training is highly preferred.

Salary/Stipend
