Details of the Job/Internship

Perfexio Legal is looking for candidates for the role of separate position- Associate (Legal) and Associate (Technical)- at Perfexio Legal located in Noida and Shimla. 

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including scientific analysis and opinion, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing technical as well as legal opinions, and providing support in handling intellectual property matters.
• The Associate will work closely with the legal team and assist in managing client relationships and case files.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in scientific knowlege in the given field, Intellectual Property Rights Laws and scientific and legal research
• Experience in drafting legal documents and preparing legal opinions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Masters degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Physics and technology such as Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronics.
•  Bachelor's degree in Law and/or Patent Agent for the position-Associate ( Legal).
• Prior experience in Intellectual Property Law is a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
