Details of the Job/Internship

Persistent Systems is hiring for the position of Associate with experience of 4-6 years of experience in M&A legal and Contracting (at least 2 years in contracting and 1-2 years in M&A) to join their Bangalore office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience or basic knowledge in legal due diligence
• Litigation profile will not be considered
• This role demands flexible working hours depending on the deal
• 2 years in contracting and 1-2 years in M&A experience. 

Eligibility

This is a legal role (LLB compulsory)
