PJ Law Offices is hiring an Associate to join their office in Ernakulam.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Associate will be responsible for tasks related to Corporate Insolvency, FinTech, Alternative Investment Funds, Financial Restructuring, and other practice areas.
- Duties include legal research, drafting legal documents, client communication, and supporting senior lawyers in various legal matters.
Eligibility
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Corporate Insolvency, FinTech, and Financial Restructuring.
- Understanding of intellectual property rights and commercial transactions.
- Previous experience in the legal field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
