Details of the Job/Internship

PJ Law Offices is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Ernakulam.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting legal documents and contracts.
• Reviewing agreements.
• Providing legal opinions to clients.
• Participating strategically in corporate transactions and dispute resolution processes.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university and enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and analyzing contracts and agreements.
• Understanding of corporate law, financial restructuring, and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of FinTech, Alternative Investment Funds, and foreign exchange regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a transaction-based workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in handling intellectual property, employment, and commercial transactions.
• Candidates with a long-term plan to practice law.

Salary/Stipend
