PKA Advocates is hiring an Associate to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Supporting the legal team in handling commercial transactions, dispute resolution matters, and various court appearances.
- Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and offering legal advice to clients.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Legal research and document preparation skills.
- Experience in commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
- Court appearance and advocacy skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of commercial laws.
