Details of the Job/Internship

PKF Sridhar & Santhanam LLP is hiring an Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning.
• Understand client requirements and assist the client in tax compliance, performing post and pre-compliance reviews, representations with statutory authorities, preparation and filing appeals, tax-due diligence, providing written opinions, tax structuring, transaction advisory etc.,
• Guide the client to improve efficiency and accuracy while enhancing the control environment.
• Litigation assistance in taxation matters.
• Key Risks Identification, Prioritization, Monitoring and Remediation.
• Identify areas to implement technology solutions to optimise the existing processes.
• Continuous learning and development.

Eligibility

• CA/LLB/LLM.
• CA freshers with strong experience in taxation during their training period.
• Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Strong tax and tax accounting knowledge.

Salary/Stipend
