Details of the Job/Internship

PKS Legal is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of PQE to support its litigation and arbitration practice. The role involves assisting with case management, legal research, drafting, and client interactions across civil, commercial, and criminal matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support litigation and arbitration matters in civil, commercial, and criminal law.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
• Assist in case management and client interactions.
• Support senior advocates in various mandates and proceedings.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years PQE in litigation or related legal practice.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• LLB degree required; additional qualifications or specializations are advantageous.
• Prior experience in a litigation law firm is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
