Pramansh Advocates & Solicitors is hiring Associates – Litigation & Corporate with up to 2–3 years of PQE to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation and corporate advisory matters.
• Conduct legal research and drafting work.
• Engage in legal analysis and problem-solving.
• Work across different legal forums and practice areas.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Contribute to developing legal strategies and solutions.

Eligibility

• Associate with up to 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong inclination towards both litigation and corporate law.
• Ability to demonstrate clarity, precision, and analytical thinking.
