Pravah Law is a Delhi-based litigation chamber with primary practice in the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench), and arbitral tribunals.
Details of the Job/Internship
They are looking for an Associate (0-2 PQE) to join their office in New Delhi from February 1, 2025 or earlier.
Role and Responsibilities
- Job responsibilities include handling drafting, briefing, administrative tasks, and miscellaneous court hearings.
- They primarily work at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and Tribunals.
- Most of their matters pertain to service law, criminal law, constitutional law, sports law, intellectual property, arbitration law and property law.
Eligibility
- Someone with excellent communication skills, including writing skills.
- The work requires high integrity, interpersonal skills and compassion.
- They also expect you to be hands-on with MS Word and basic PDF software.
