Details of the Job/Internship

Pravah Law is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2–3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to matters before the Supreme Court or Delhi High Court. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal pleadings, applications, and submissions for court matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Assist in preparing briefings for court proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients and support case management activities.
• Appear in miscellaneous hearings where required.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of litigation experience.
• Prior exposure to matters before the Supreme Court or Delhi High Court preferred.
• Strong command over English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle work pressure with tight timelines.

Salary/Stipend
