Details of the Job/Internship

Praxis Legal is hiring an Associate with 4–5 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and appearing before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral forums in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Applying knowledge of practice and procedure before relevant courts and tribunals.
• Managing and handling complex civil and commercial disputes.
• Working independently as well as collaboratively within the team.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Familiarity with construction and engineering disputes.
• Willingness to travel across India for work.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
