Details of the Job/Internship

Praxis Legal is hiring an Associate with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience for its Disputes practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and appear before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral tribunals.
• Handle civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
• Manage complex commercial and civil disputes independently and as part of a team.
• Ensure compliance with procedural and practice requirements of relevant courts and forums.
• Coordinate and represent clients in dispute resolution proceedings.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of experience in civil commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Familiarity with construction and engineering disputes.
• Strong knowledge of court and tribunal procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel across India for work-related matters.

Salary/Stipend
