Details of the Job/Internship

PRPV Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its IP and commercial litigation practice in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, applications, rejoinders, affidavits, and legal notices.
• Appear before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and the High Court of Karnataka.
• Prepare case briefs, litigation strategies, and briefing notes for senior counsel.
• Handle court filings, procedural compliances, and coordination with court registries.
• Interact with clients and provide regular updates on litigation progress.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably IP litigation.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures.
• Only candidates with prior litigation experience before Bengaluru courts are eligible.

Salary/Stipend
