Details of the Job/Internship
PS Law Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate with experience of at least 4 years to join their office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex litigation strategies for a diverse range of legal disputes.
- Draft, review, and refine pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions with high precision.
- Represent clients and assist senior partners during hearings and judicial proceedings.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide sound legal advisory to clients on various regulatory and commercial matters.
- Manage case files and ensure procedural readiness for all court-related activities.
- Collaborate with the legal team to refine arguments and build compelling cases.
Eligibility
- Law Graduate (LL.B. or LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Litigation and Legal Advisory.
- Strong analytical mind with a proven ability to build legal strategies.
- Excellent communication and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Ability to question existing precedents and argue complex points of law.
- Professional maturity to handle sensitive client matters independently.
