Details of the Job/Internship

PSL Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate for Arbitration & Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) with experience of 1–2 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to Arbitration and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
• Conduct extensive legal research and analytical reviews of commercial laws.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and advice for dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Work proactively within a collaborative team on diverse insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
• Communiate effectively with stakeholders through high-quality written and verbal legal discourse.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Sound understanding of commercial laws and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Prior exposure to, or a strong interest in, Arbitration and IBC.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
