Details of the Job/Internship

PSL Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join their Construction Arbitration practice at their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle construction arbitration matters along with broader commercial litigation and international arbitration.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and briefs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Collaborate with the litigation team on strategy and case preparation.
• Represent clients in arbitration proceedings and court hearings.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant PQE in construction arbitration and commercial disputes.
• Strong command of legal drafting, research, and client communication.

Salary/Stipend
