Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting Arbitration Claims: Prepare comprehensive documentation outlining claims, evidence, and legal arguments for arbitration proceedings.
- Insolvency Petitions: Draft petitions and related documents for insolvency proceedings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employment Law Matters: Provide legal advice and representation in employment-related issues, including disputes, terminations, and compliance matters.
- Legal Notices: Draft and serve legal notices on behalf of the company, communicating legal intentions and demands to relevant parties.
- Criminal Complaints: Draft complaints and legal documents for criminal matters, initiating legal action against offenders as necessary.
- Court Appearances: Represent the company in court proceedings, presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and advocating for the company's interests.
- Appearance in Labour Tribunals: Represent the company in labor-related disputes before labor tribunals, presenting evidence and legal arguments.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide informed legal advice on various matters.
- Case Management: Manage case files, deadlines, and court appearances efficiently, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal matters.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedural requirements in all legal actions and proceedings.
