Role and Responsibilities

The Associate will be involved in various real estate and corporate law transactions, assisting in property conveyance, estate planning, testamentary succession, corporate investments, and drafting commercial contracts.

Eligibility

• Legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of real estate and corporate law.
• Experience in property conveyance, estate planning, and testamentary succession.
• Understanding of corporate investments and commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
