Details of the Job/Internship

RAKLaw is hiring Associates – UAN/ESIC & Labour Audits, open to freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience, to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in UAN mapping, Aadhaar linkage, and ESIC enrolments within statutory timelines.
• Support compliance processes and manage employee data and records.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely compliance.
• Gain exposure to labour audits and compliance assignments across industries.
• Contribute to the Labour Division under structured mentorship and guidance.

Eligibility

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in compliance or labour law processes.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Interest in developing expertise in labour audits and compliance.

Salary/Stipend
