Ram Gokul Advocates and Associates is hiring an Associate to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Associate will handle a variety of legal tasks such as client consultations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and providing legal opinions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing litigation, attending court hearings, and working closely with senior advocates on complex cases.
• The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Eligibility

• Excellent understanding of civil, criminal, and corporate law.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents.
• Proficient in legal research and providing legal opinions.
• Experience in litigation and attending court hearings.
• Effective communication and client consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Relevant degree in law and bar accreditation.
• Experience in trademark registration and litigation is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
