Details of the Job/Internship

Ramesh Tripathi & Associates firm is looking for skilled, sincere, and ambitious Associates to gain knowledge by dwelling into various legal matters providing vast exposure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work requirements would primarily involve research skills, drafting, and physical Court and Tribunal appearance matters. Work would be spread over a wide range of criminal, civil, consumer, labour, corporate, real estate, insolvency, and IP laws.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, applications, briefs, and settlement agreements and representing clients in court matters will be dealt.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a recognised university. 
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
