Details of the Job/Internship
Rapsys Technologies Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Associate (Mediation) with 1–2 years of experience to support mediation and dispute resolution initiatives at its Colaba, Maharashtra office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage mediation and dispute resolution cases through the ODR platform.
- Conduct research on emerging ADR/ODR models and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with mediators, disputing parties, and partner institutions.
- Support leadership in designing and executing mediation and ODR projects.
- Gather insights from users and mediators to improve platform efficiency.
- Manage mediator empanelment, training, and engagement activities.
- Represent the organization at external mediation events and forums.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 1–2 years of experience, preferably in ADR, ODR, or related legal fields.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word and documentation tools.
- Passion for accessible and fair dispute resolution.
