Rayasa Law Partners is hiring an Associate for its Corporate – M&A team with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in corporate and M&A transactions.
• Draft and review transactional and corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research in support of transactions and advisory work.
• Support senior team members on corporate advisory assignments.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience in corporate law or M&A.
• Prior experience or internships in transactions or corporate advisory teams of law firms.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to work in a transaction-focused legal environment.

Salary/Stipend
