Details of the Job/Internship
Razorpay is hiring an Associate – Legal with 1–2 years of experience to join their legal team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including IT and commercial contracts.
- Provide legal advice across corporate, fintech, digital lending, IP, and employment laws.
- Coordinate independently with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update MIS trackers and monitor legal expenses.
- Conduct legal research and provide regulatory support.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and product advisory.
- Provide timely support on legal matters and demonstrate ownership.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC.
- LLB from a reputed law school.
- Proficient in English communication and legal drafting.
- Sound knowledge of fintech-related laws and employment regulations.
- Strong analytical, research, and MS Office skills.
- Independent, responsible, and result-oriented mindset.
