The firm has vast experience & expertise in providing litigation support across various forums, which include the Pune District Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court of India, NGT, Labour & Industrial Courts, RERA Tribunals, Consumer Forums, etc. along with providing Legal Consultancy, which includes Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Banking, Corporate Restructuring, etc.

Details of the Job/Internship

Regulus Advocates & Consultants is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for assisting as well as handling the Firm's matters before the Courts in Pune and occasionally in Courts outside Pune (including the Bombay High Court). Furthermore, the candidate will also be tasked with drafting Suits / Petitions / Complaints along with drafting Agreements / Legal Notices, etc.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience at the Pune District Court.
• Experience in drafting of Suits / Petitions / Complaints.
• Proficiency in English & Marathi.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of legal concepts and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
