The firm has vast experience & expertise in providing litigation support across various forums, which include the Pune District Court, Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court of India, NGT, Labour & Industrial Courts, RERA Tribunals, Consumer Forums etc. along with providing Legal Consultancy, which includes Drafting/Vetting/Negotiating Contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, Banking, Corporate Restructuring, etc.

Details of the Job/Internship

Regulus Advocates & Consultants is hiring Associates with experience of 2 years to join their office in Pune.

• Positions: 2
• Note: This position is open to candidates based in Pune only.

Role and Responsibilities

• Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in Civil, Criminal, and Corporate litigation before the Pune District Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and the Bombay High Court.
• Additionally, they will have the opportunity to draft agreements and contracts.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience at the Pune District Court.
• Experience in drafting Suits / Petitions / Complaints.
• Proficiency in English & Marathi.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of legal concepts and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Salary/Stipend

10,000/- to 12,500/- +Incentives+Conveyance
