Details of the Job/Internship

RISE LEGAL is hiring an Associate for their Corporate Team with an experience of 1+ PQE (Post Qualification Experience) to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle work across key practice areas: General Corporate Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity, and Venture Capital.
• Execute strong transactional work.
• Demonstrate sound legal drafting skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 1+ PQE (Post Qualification Experience).
•  Must possess strong transactional experience.
•  Must have sound legal drafting skills.
•  Must have a keen interest in corporate advisory work.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
