Details of the Job/Internship

RM LEGAL is hiring for the position of Associate with 1-4 years of experience to join their office in Surat.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, corporate resolutions, and compliance documents.
• Handle matters relating to trademarks, patents, copyrights, and designs.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and deliver practical, client-focused advice.
• Assist with corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Eligibility

• BBA-LLB or LLB from a recognized law school.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in corporate or IP law.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend
