Details of the Job/Internship

Roots Legal is hiring an Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram, specializing in real estate and corporate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice.
• Draft legal documents and contracts.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.
• Admission to the Bar Council is preferred.
• Strong skills in legal documentation, drafting, and contract negotiation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in corporate law, real estate, or regulatory advisory is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
