Details of the Job/Internship
Royal Indraprastha Builders is hiring a Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft a wide range of legal documents, including work orders, contracts, and legal notices.
- Prepare high-stakes property documents such as MoUs, affidavits, sale agreements, and sale deeds.
- Review legal pleadings and conduct exhaustive due diligence on property-related documentation.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end property registration process at the Sub-Registrar Office.
- Work closely with CRM and Marketing teams to address legal queries from prospective buyers.
- Ensure all real estate transactions are in full compliance with local land laws and RERA regulations.
- Maintain organized records of all executed agreements and registration certificates.
- Advise management on legal risks associated with project land procurement and sales.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, specifically within a Real Estate firm or a specialized Law Firm.
- In-depth working knowledge of Contract Law and property regulations.
- Fluency in both Kannada and English is mandatory for local legal coordination.
- Proven expertise in drafting sale deeds and navigating the Sub-Registrar’s office procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with CRM and marketing departments.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to work from there.
