Details of the Job/Internship
RSLO & Advocates is hiring an Associate with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, specifically in trial courts, for their office in Sarita Vihar, Delhi. The role involves legal research, drafting, client representation in court or arbitration, and providing legal advice on various matters. Preference will be given to candidates with Criminal/White Collar experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
- Provide legal advice on assigned matters.
- Stay updated with legal developments.
- Collaborate with team members.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of litigation experience, specifically in trial courts.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and documentation.
- Experience in litigation and arbitration (ADR).
- Knowledge of Energy Laws, Infrastructure Laws, International Trade Laws, and/or White Collar Crimes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior law firm experience is a plus.
