Details of the Job/Internship
RSLO & Advocates is hiring an Associate – Litigation & Arbitration with 2+ years of practice experience to join its Delhi office in Sarita Vihar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Assist in litigation and arbitration matters.
- Attend court hearings, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and Partners on case strategies.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with membership in the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Minimum 2 years of practice experience (freshers and in-house candidates need not apply).
- Expertise in Energy Laws, Infrastructure, Criminal, and Commercial Laws.
- Trial experience in criminal matters preferred.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Women candidates residing in Delhi will be preferred.
