Details of the Job/Internship

RTA Law Chambers is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of litigation experience to join its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.
• Liaise with clients, counsels, and other stakeholders.
• Support senior advocates in hearings and trial preparation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Interest in civil and commercial dispute resolution

Salary/Stipend
