Details of the Job/Internship
S.K. Legal Associates LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal documentation, legal research, and drafting of contracts and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals under senior guidance.
- Handle matters related to civil and commercial law, arbitration, and property transactions.
- Participate in client consultations and support case strategy and execution.
- Contribute to projects across multiple legal practice areas as assigned.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Civil and Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Arbitration, and Constitutional and Administrative Law.
- Proficiency in appearing before the High Court, NCLT, and Arbitration Tribunals.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and document interpretation skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client interaction abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- Prior law firm experience or relevant internships will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
