Details of the Job/Internship
Sadananda & Prasad is hiring a Counsel with experience of 1–2 years PQE to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and assist in cases spanning commercial law, insolvency, civil disputes, and public law.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the chamber’s active mandates and pro bono projects.
- Build and manage an independent legal practice while working within the chamber.
- Participate in regular reflection and feedback sessions to drive professional growth.
- Execute legal research and strategy for complex litigation and advisory matters.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong interest and investment in commercial, insolvency, and public law.
- Demonstrated drive and a detailed, academic ("nerdy") approach to legal work.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.
- Capability to handle a legal + strategy test and an in-person interview.
