Details of the Job/Internship
Saga Legal is hiring for the position of Associate with 2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other adjudicatory authorities.
- Draft a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, notices, petitions, written statements, and applications.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case briefs, opinions, and notes.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding case updates and developments.
- Coordinate with senior advocates and provide regular updates on ongoing matters.
- Manage court filing procedures and ensure adherence to legal deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of procedural and substantive civil and commercial law.
- Exhibit confidence and professionalism during court appearances and oral arguments.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in litigation (preferred).
- Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
- Strong understanding of civil and commercial legal processes.
- Confident in court appearances and oral advocacy.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Salary/Stipend
₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
