Sagar Chandra & Associates is hiring an Associate for its Intellectual Property Rights Litigation Team with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist the litigation team in handling intellectual property rights matters.
• Support in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
• Coordinate with clients and assist in court proceedings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Strong interest in intellectual property rights and litigation.
