Samarthana Legal is hiring an Associate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Bengaluru,
Role and Responsibilities
- Research.
- Drafting pleadings, conveyance, and notices.
- Handle litigation in both the High Court and trial court.
Eligibility
- The ideal candidate for this position would be one with an LL.B IR LL.M degree qualification.
- Handsome experience with technology and computer operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills and a decent knowledge of Kannada and English.
- Able to take instructions, prepare briefs, notes, pleadings,
- case management, represent and appear before all courts in and around Bengaluru
- LL.B and/or LL.M with 0 to 2 years experience.
