Samay Law LLP is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

The Associate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing support on various legal matters within the firm's focus areas.

 

Eligibility

• Legal Research and Drafting skills.
• Experience in court hearings and legal procedures.
• Knowledge of banking, corporate law, and insolvency & bankruptcy matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• LLB degree from a recognized law school.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
