Details of the Job/Internship
Samhita Legal is hiring an Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves managing legal cases, conducting research, drafting documents, representing clients in court, and handling arbitrations and high-stakes disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and handle legal cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in court and arbitrations.
- Handle commercial and civil disputes.
Eligibility
- PQE: 2–5 years.
- Experience in managing and handling legal cases, including commercial arbitrations and civil disputes.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to EPC contracts, finance, or commerce-related legal fields is preferred.
- LL.B degree from an accredited law school. Additional legal qualifications are an advantage.
