Sanchit Ranade & Associates is hiring an Associate to join their office in Goregaon.
Role and Responsibilities
The Associate will assist with corporate law compliance, research and analysis, documentation preparation and review, and client communication. Other tasks include maintaining regulatory records and supporting the firm's consultancy services.
Eligibility
- Understanding of Corporate Law compliances including the Companies Act, LLP Act, and FEMA Regulations.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in documentation preparation and review.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or relevant field.
