Details of the Job/Internship

Sankhla & Associates is hiring an Associate with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join their Litigation Practice in New Delhi. The firm is seeking counsels capable of independently handling drafting, research, and file preparation, with active court practice and the ability to manage daily listings with minimal supervision.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle drafting, research, and file preparation.
• Manage daily court listings with minimal supervision.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years PQE.
• Exposure to Commercial Arbitration, Criminal Law, or Customs.
• Active court practice with the ability to manage daily listings independently.
• Strong command over English and Hindi.
• In-depth understanding of Arbitration, Corporate, Commercial, Customs, and Consumer laws.
• Solution-driven, punctual, and responsible, with the ability to understand client business needs for strategic advice.

Salary/Stipend
