Details of the Job/Internship
Saraf and Partners is hiring an Associate with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
- Manage due diligence and compliance processes.
- Assist in structuring transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
- Engage with clients and handle end-to-end deal execution.
Eligibility
- LLB with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
