Saraf and Partners is invitng applications for the position of an Associate with 9 months to 1.5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of M&A, private equity, joint ventures, investments, exits, reorganizations and general corporate advisory matters.

Eligibility

• 9 months to 1.5 years of experience.
• Interested candidates should have experience in legal due diligence and research, prepare initial drafts of transaction documents and be able assist the team with deal execution.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
