Details of the Job/Internship

SARIN PARTNERS Advocates & Legal Consultants is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate shall be required to assist in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts, deeds, documents, and legal advisory/ memos on various corporate legal matters.
• The candidate shall be required to assist in the area of intellectual property protection and infringement prosecution.
• The candidate shall be required to draft suits, applications, appeals, petitions, etc., and to appear before District Courts, High Courts, and Supreme Court in various litigation matters in and around Delhi NCR.
• The candidate should be ready to travel within India to appear before the Courts and for client meetings as may be required.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with 2-3 years of PQE. The Candidate must be an enrolled Advocate and must have a clear understanding of basic legal concepts.
• The Candidate must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• The Candidate must have proficiency in MS Office and web-based legal research.
• Candidates having an aptitude for writing articles and content on recent legal issues will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
